Self-Assessment

The memo was our first group assignment. We worked in teams on origami projects and write manuals for them. we had a lot of fun deciding what to make as a group and then trying to precisely describe how to make it for the other groups. We chose a heart. The first draft was written by hand which helped us understand the format before copying it over online and refining it. The instructor emphasized being completely clear on the instructions. In turn, we made sure to include pictures to support our instructions as well as very clear language. The only challenge we faced was making it clear for the other students. The other students were the intended audience. I learned that technical assignments such as this require great care and clarity. Otherwise, the project may result in failure due to any miscommunication.
